邀請信是邀請某人參加某種儀式、會議等的應用文，其寫作要點如下：

(1) 開頭首先表明寫作意圖，向某人發(fā)出邀請，指明地點、日期、時間等要素。

(2)表達你渴望見到對方。如果是商務性質的，注明時間、會議地點、發(fā)信主題、組織者、出席者等。留下聯系人的姓名、地址和電話號碼。

申請信是向機構、團體或個人申請幫助、資金等的信件。其寫作要點如下：
